Transaction & Office Manager

We are seeking a full-time Transaction & Office Manager to work a majority of hours in our office. You’ll be an important part of our team managing transactions, and providing client, staff, and office support for a busy real estate team in Madison. This includes handling legal contracts and contingency deadlines, excel spreadsheets, professional communication, and coordinating with a variety of people throughout the transaction. Also included: assisting with client care projects like event planning, maintaining the contact database management system, administrative support & relationship building.

We’re seeking someone who is nurturing and task-oriented, understands time management well, is an excellent communicator, professional, trustworthy, and has a sense of humor. We need someone who is detail-oriented, organized, reliable, an independent worker, who has reliable follow through, is computer savvy, supportive, and resourceful.

  • Excellent computer proficiency, including advanced Excel skills (complex formulas), Google suite, Microsoft Office suite required; ability to quickly learn new software programs.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and professional presentation.
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision.
  • Real estate experience, strongly preferred but not required. 
  • Bilingual in Spanish, strongly preferred but not required.

Our high producing and dynamic real estate team is looking for a full time bilingual (Spanish/English) Real Estate Salesperson to join and grow with the Alvarado Real Estate Group. This opportunity offers in-depth and excellent one on one training and support. The ideal candidate is self motivated with a growth mindset and strong interpersonal skills. Candidates should have experience in customer service, relationship building, excel at communication skills: active listening, professional writing and speaking and be able to adjust and thrive with new technology, computers, and software for maximum efficiency.
