Join us for a presentation on Tuesday, November 16th for a lunch time (12pm) fireside chat with Edgar Hernandez on “Getting Out of Your Comfort Zone, and Leading by Example.”

When was the last time you took a risk?  What and who did you do it for? How did it feel? What were the consequences? Would you do it again?  These are just some of the important questions that any aspiring leader should ask themselves.  Whether you’re an immigrant, an entrepreneur, one of a few Latino/a employees, a new parent, or a recent volunteer, you are now in a position of leadership setting the example for others behind you, next to you, and even ahead of you.  In this session, Edgar Hernandez, will talk about some of the traits he’s seen in good leaders in his 20+ years of business and personal experience.
